Our service provides clients with a quick and secure option to failover to a pre-tested and audited cloud service within a few minutes of a reported DR event. After minimal setup, clients can continue working uninterrupted.

To activate the DR process, we initiate a runbook that spins up virtual machines in the correct sequence, including replicated domain controllers to ensure seamless user login. Each virtual machine is brought online and then data is restored to each server. If data is requested but not restored, it can be restored on demand. We provide a predefined URL and VPN software and configuration file for users to log in with. Backups continue once data is fully restored, and when ready to failback, data can be restored to bare metal or virtual machines.

We prioritize security by ensuring that access to the DR console is protected via 2FA, and maintenance and testing are conducted according to a schedule that involves consultation with the entire team. During a simulation or DR event, our team works together to ensure everything is logged and communicates effectively.

To further safeguard client data, we encrypt data at rest, during transport, and during restoration. Our data centers are level 2 data centers with access control and live monitoring.
